Questions about EVM Executive Edition? At Governance One we understand that timely, correct answers to customers’ questions are paramount to achieving maximum success with any business application. To ensure your success, Governance One offers the following customer support options as well as an online knowledge base you can use to answer more routine questions.

Standard Support
Standard Support is included with the EVM Executive Edition annual subscription for no additional charge. Standard Support is only available to registered users.

Premium Support
Premium Support provides a dedicated customer support representative and guarantees faster response time, unlimited phone contacts, toll-free access (in the U.S. only), and unlimited cases.

One-Time Support
EVM technical support is available on a per-call basis weekdays between 9 A.M. and 6 P.M. Pacific Time. The cost for a One-Time Support call is $30 for the first 10 minutes, and $15 for each additional 5-minute increment thereafter.
